1.How to Enter and/or Play: The Sweepstakes begins at 09:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November  8, 2007 and ends at the completion of Dunn Furniture Company’s Showroom Remodeling (Estimated April 1, 2008), but not later than  11:59 pm EDT on June 1, 2008 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes: During the Entry Period, eligible persons can enter the Sweepstakes by completing the free in-store registration process at Dunn Furniture Company, eligible persons will. be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, phone number, or address per day.

All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the Named Owner of the Phone Number on the submitted entry at time of entry. "Owner of the Phone Number" is defined as the natural person who is assigned a telephone number by the telephone company or mobile phone company., or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning telephone numbers. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the telephone associated with the winning entry.

If you do not have a telephone, you may still complete an entry at Dunn Furniture Company, but you must have the telephones number blank filled in by an authorized member of Dunn Furniture Company’s Staff.. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be made, EXCEPT THAT ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO ONE PER PERSON PER DAY, and all entries must be made on the official entry form that is freely available at Dunn Furniture Company, 141 North Street, Houlton, Maine.

2. Eligibility :Participation in the Sweepstakes is open to persons who are legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of November 1, 2007 who have a valid, active U.S. driver's license. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win a prize: Employees and officers and directors of Sponsor, the Administrator (as defined below), and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, agents and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Employees of Dunn Funeral Home and York of Houlton are also not eligible. Void outside of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted, and subject to alt federal, state and local taws. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator's and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Participants not abiding by these rules may be disqualified in Sponsor or Administrator's sole discretion. All of these eligibility requirements will be strictly enforced.

3. Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing: Potential Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 30, 2008, but no later than June 1, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing to determine the potential Sweepstakes winner will be conducted by an independent agency whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by Sponsor or its agents by U.S. mail or by delivery service, or by phone or e-mail at the phone number or e-mail address provided upon registration in the Sweepstakes, at the discretion of the Sponsor, and will be required within seven (7) days of attempted delivery to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, applicable federal tax forms and, where legal, a publicity release. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the potential Sweepstakes winner fails to timely return any required documents or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential Sweepstakes winner will be selected from eligible entries.

5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (ARVs) and Odds of Winning:
GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize (the "Grand Prize") will depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize consists of a car in a make, model. and trim package selected by Sponsor up to $25,000, Grand Prize winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees, and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of their Grand Prize vehicle not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of his/her vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from York's of Houlton or other dealer as selected by Sponsor. Winner must a have valid, active U.S. drivers license and proof of insurance to take delivery. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot provide a valid, active U.S. driver's license or insurance, Sponsor may elect to require potential Grand Prize winner to execute a supplemental release, or to award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner. Grand Prize or any part thereof may differ from any Grand Prize shown in promotional materials, including but not limited to vehicle make, model, color, options and equipment, which will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize and will be required to provide his/her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of Grand Prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.

6. General: Participants in the Sweepstakes assume and Sponsor shall not be responsible for all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail/entry forms submitted to Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions or interpretation of the Sponsor and/or the Administrator regarding the Official Rules. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, do not enter. Official Rules may not be modified except in a written or electronic document issued by Sponsor and/or the Administrator. Any decision or interpretation of the Sponsor and/or the Administrator is final and not subject to appeal. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Entrants agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor, the Administrator, and each of their respective promotions agencies, printers, suppliers of game materials, or any of their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities and further acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. As a condition of entering, participants agree that (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Aroostook County, Maine; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sponsor, the Administrator, and each of their promotions agencies, printer, suppliers of promotional materials or any of their respective parent companies and each of their subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents are not responsible for security, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or un-received, late or illegible entries whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by technical or human error which may occur and/or which may damage a users entry or limit a participant's ability to participate and/or redeem prizes in the Sweepstakes or any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that may corrupt or impair the administration, prize redemption, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to attempts to break into or otherwise tamper with the entries or entry container of the Sweepstakes).

Sponsor and/or the Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, error, fraud or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, marketing purposes or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor and/or the Administrator will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor and/or the Administrator. Sponsor and/or the Administrator reserve(s) the right, at its/their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its/their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or submitting entries in violation of these Official Rules.

11.  Personally identifiable information you provide within your registration for this sweepstakes may be utilized by the Sponsor, through a series of e-mails designed to enhance and extend the subscriber relationship, and to enable subscribers to take maximum advantage of products and services the Sponsor thinks they would enjoy. At anytime you may opt out of receiving ongoing communications from the Sponsor by contacting the Sponsor at Sponsor@dunnfurniture.com.
