| You must be satisfied with
performance, quality of workmanship, styling and even the color of your
purchase. You have the right to see your purchase in your home. If within
3 days you decide it is not satisfactory, return it to the store or call
our Customer Service Phone and we will have it picked-up. If you request
a refund, we will refund your full purchase price including applicable
tax, but not including installation labor charges on such items as carpet,
vinyl flooring, tile, draperies, appliances, electronic products, and water
beds. Tempurpedic mattresses are not covered under this warranty, but are
covered by a Tempurpedic Warranty. If after you have decided to keep your
purchase, it does not give the service you reasonably expect, and there
is not a specific manufacturer’s warranty on the item that will satisfactorily
correct the problem, please call us. We welcome the opportunity to assist
you.

What Is covered?
This limited warranty
covers the original purchaser for defects in workmanship or materials in
home furnishings products purchased from Dunn Furniture Company with the
following exceptions.
What is Not Covered?
1. Fabrics. (fabrics
are only covered by the manufacturer or with the purchase of an Extended
Warranty)
2. Products used commercially
are not covered.
3. As Is items, such as
Seconds or items purchased during a Clearance Sale
4. Normal maintenance items
such as heat elements, belts, bulbs, springs, casters, etc., are not covered
5. All Warranties are void
on Mattresses damaged because of abuse, smoke, improper support or with
stains.
6. Damage not reported to
us within 72 hours of delivery. (Such damages may be covered under an optional
Extended Warranty), or items damaged after being picked up by the customer
(take with). Repairs may be made at our regular repair rates however; so
don’t hesitate to call.
What will Dunn Furniture
Company Do?
Dunns will repair
or replace, at our option, any defective item. Should replacement be necessary,
and an exact replacement is impossible, at our option a comparable substitute
may be supplied or a credit equal to the original purchase price may be
applied towards the purchase, from Dunns, of a similar item.

Our service and
repair facilities are available to you as long as you own your purchase
from Dunns. Call Customer Service Monday through Friday between 9:30 AM

Please, have the original purchase slip handy when calling or include the
purchase number in your Email. A Pickup Charge and Delivery Charge ($16
each way) will be made on products over one year old that require in-shop
repair.
How Does State Law
Apply?
This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
