| You must be satisfied with
performance, quality of workmanship, and styling and even color. Whatever
you purchase at Dunns, you have the right to see it in your home. If within
3 days you decide it is not satisfactory, return it to the store or call
our Customer Service Phone and we will have it picked-up. If you request
a refund, we will refund your full purchase price including applicable
tax, but not including installation labor charges on such items as
carpet, vinyl flooring, tile, draperies, appliances, electronic products
and waterbeds. If after you have decided to keep your purchase, it
does not give the service you reasonably expect of it, and there is not
a specific written warranty on the item that will satisfactorily correct
the problem, please call us. We welcome the opportunity to assist you.
What Is covered?
This limited warranty covers
the original purchaser for defects in workmanship or materials in home
furnishings products purchased from Dunn Furniture Company with the following
exceptions.
What is Not Covered?
1. Fabrics. (Most
fabrics are warrintied for 1 year by the Manufacturer, some have up to
5-year wear warrinties)
2. Products used commercially.
3. Items purchased As Is,
Seconds or items purchased as Clearance or Auto-Mark-Down Merchandise.
4. Normal maintenance such
as heat elements, belts, bulbs, springs, casters, etc..
5. Mattresses damaged because
of abuse, improper support (i.e. no center leg supporting queen size, too
few slats, etc.) and Mattresses with stains or smoke damage.
6. Scratches, bumps and
damages on merchandise taken home by the customer, or not reported to us
within 3 days of delivery. These may be repaired at our regular repair
rates. Damages reported within 3-days of delivery will be repaired at no
cost.
What will Dunn Furniture
Company Do?
1ST YEAR - Dunns
will repair or replace, at our option, any defective item. Should replacement
be necessary, and an exact replacement is impossible, a comparable substitute
may be supplied or a credit equal to the original purchase price may be
applied towards the purchase, from Dunns, of a similar item.
2ND THROUGH 5TH YEAR - Dunns
will allow a pro-rata credit for repair or replacement, at our option,
of any defective item during the second through the fifth year of ownership.
1 /60th of the purchase price will be deducted from the credit for each
full month between the delivery date of the original purchase and the date
of replacement or repair of the defect.
How Can You Get Service?
Our service and repair facilities
are available to you as long as you own your purchase from Dunns. Call
Customer Service Monday through Friday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Please,
have the original purchase slip handy when calling. A Pickup and Delivery
Charge will be made on products over one year old.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
